Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which we deliver services to a client, and they are not an agreement to use Staffly ATS+ — both of those are signed separately. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the information you send us.
Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated by Lead Sync Hub, trading as Staffly ("Staffly", "we", "us", "our"), headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
By browsing this website or submitting one of its forms, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
If you are using this site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation, and "you" means both you and that organisation.
What this site is
This site describes the services Staffly provides to companies operating in Thailand, and gives you a way to get in touch with us about them. That is all it is.
In particular:
- Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract between you and Staffly.
- Prices, fee levels, package inclusions and timelines shown here are indicative. They illustrate typical engagements; they are not a quotation. A quotation is something we issue to you in writing once we understand your situation.
- Descriptions of Thai legal, regulatory, immigration and tax requirements are summaries written for a general audience. They are not a complete statement of the law, and the law changes.
- Example matters, timelines and outcomes are illustrations. They do not predict what will happen in your case.
This site is not professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, immigration or investment advice, and you must not rely on it as such. Company registration, Foreign Business Licences, BOI promotion, work permits, visas, payroll, social security and tax filings all turn on the specific facts of a business, and the right answer for one company is routinely the wrong answer for another.
An advisory relationship with Staffly begins only once we have agreed a scope of work with you in writing and both sides have accepted it. Reading this site, submitting a form, or exchanging preliminary emails with us does not create one.
Thai government authorities — among them the Department of Business Development, the Board of Investment, the Department of Employment, the Immigration Bureau, the Revenue Department and the Social Security Office — set their own requirements, fees, processing times and outcomes. Those decisions are theirs, not ours. We do not control them and cannot guarantee them.
Engaging Staffly for services
If you decide to engage us, the relationship is governed by the engagement letter, proposal or service agreement we sign with you — not by this page. Where anything in that signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
That agreement is where scope, fees, government and third-party disbursements, payment terms, confidentiality, data handling, liability and termination are actually settled.
Booking a call or sending an enquiry through this site places no obligation on either of us. We may decline an engagement, including where we identify a conflict of interest or where we cannot complete the client due diligence that Thai law requires of us.
Staffly ATS+ and early access
Staffly ATS+ is our resume-screening software. It is in private beta. This site does not sell it, provision it, or give you an account, and joining the waitlist is a request rather than a purchase.
- We decide who is admitted to the beta and when, and we may decline or defer any request without giving reasons.
- The pricing shown on the product page is indicative and may change before general availability.
- The capabilities described there reflect the product as it stands during the beta. Features may change, and features may be withdrawn.
- If you are admitted, your use of Staffly ATS+ will be governed by a separate product agreement covering, among other things, the personal data of the candidates you screen. You will need to accept that agreement before you get access.
Do not send us candidate resumes, applications or any other personal data about third parties through the forms on this site. Those forms are enquiry channels that deliver an email to our team; they are not the product, and they are not built to receive candidate data. See our Privacy Policy.
The forms on this site
This site has two forms: an enquiry form on the home page, and an early-access form on the Staffly ATS+ page. When you submit either one, its contents are emailed to our team so that we can reply to you.
When you use them, you agree that:
- The information you give us is accurate, and the email address and phone number you provide are ones you are entitled to use.
- We may contact you at those details in response to your enquiry.
- You will not submit anyone else's personal data, confidential information belonging to a third party, or anything unlawful.
- You will not use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to test, probe or overload the site.
Email is not a secure channel, and a form submission reaches us by email. Please do not send sensitive information this way — identity documents, financial details, health information or credentials. We will tell you how to send those securely once an engagement is under way.
We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry, but we do not guarantee a reply or a response time, and a submission is not received until it reaches us. If you have not heard back, email us directly at marketing@stafflyconsulting.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law, including the laws of Thailand.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, its mail systems or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including by denial-of-service attack, automated flooding of the forms, or introducing malicious code.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site, other than ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt.
- Copy, republish or redistribute our content in a way that suggests it is yours, or that Staffly endorses you.
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.
We may restrict or block access to the site by anyone who breaches this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, design, graphics, screenshots, logos and the underlying code — belongs to Staffly or to our licensors, and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property law. The names "Staffly" and "Staffly ATS+", and our logo, are our marks.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use in evaluating our services. Everything else — reproduction, adaptation, commercial use, or incorporation into another product or service — requires our written permission.
Product screenshots on this site show illustrative data. Any names, roles and scores in them are fictitious examples, not real candidates.
Third-party links and services
Where this site links to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.
This site is served using third-party infrastructure providers. Their role is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes to the site
We provide this site on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.
We may change the content of this site at any time. Service descriptions, fee illustrations and product information reflect our position on the date shown at the top of the page they appear on, and we are under no obligation to keep any of it current.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We make no warranty that the information here is current or that it applies to your circumstances. Thai corporate, immigration, labour and tax rules change, and they are applied by authorities exercising their own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staffly and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. This includes loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, wasted expenditure, and any indirect or consequential loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this website is limited to THB 10,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Thai law.
This section limits our liability for the website. Our liability for services delivered under a signed engagement is dealt with in that engagement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Staffly against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your submission through this site of third-party personal data or confidential information that you were not entitled to send us.
Privacy and personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data this site collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR. It forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one in force, and the date at the top of this page is the date it took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Changing these terms does not change any engagement letter or service agreement already signed with you.
General
- If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- These terms are between you and Staffly. Nobody else may enforce them.
- The English version of these terms is the operative one. The Thai version is provided for convenience, and in the event of a discrepancy the English version prevails.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with this website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction.
